Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we will gladly refund the purchase price of your cover (minus the shipping cost) of any products purchased through our online store. Returned items will not be accepted 30 days after purchase. Prior to that, we will accept any items that have not been used or laundered. We cannot accept any item that has been torn or soiled. Such items will not be processed for a refund.
Exchanges will be processed similar to Returns. Items may not be exchanged 30 days after date of purchase. Prior to that we will accept any items that have not been used or laundered. We cannot accept any item that has been torn or soiled. Such items will not be processed for a refund.
To Return or Exchange your item please send an e-mail to email@example.com with your name, order number and the purchase date of your item. We will send you additional information about where to ship your cover. Exchanges will require an additional fee for the shipping of your new item. Please include a check for $6 and we will gladly ship your new cover to you once we have received your exchange.
